What services do you offer?

We offer pickup and delivery of laundry 7 days a week with 1 day turn around on laundry.

When are you open?

We pick up and deliver from 5PM-10PM Monday through Sunday.

How does pickup and delivery work?

We'll work with you to arrange a time, place and contact for pickup and delivery. We want to make it as easy for you as possible. We will even text you reminders of your schedule and when our driver is in route to you.

How quickly can you do my laundry?

We'll receive your laundry and return it to you cleaned and folded the very next day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards right in the app so you never need to exchange information with the driver.

Do you offer special rates for non-profits?

We do, just email us at with all the details of your needs and we will setup a program that fits.

For delivery, can I manage everything online?

WashClubLA is all handled online and you can make changes or add preferences to your account any time you want. You can even send referrals to friends and family and earn credits for FREE Laundry!

What is your privacy policy?

We will make every possible effort to maintain your privacy and we promise to never share your personal information with any third parties. Period.

What if I have a problem?

What happens if I forget about my pick up or delivery?

We charge a one-time $9.99 fee for any missed pick up and missed delivery.

What should I do if I am missing items or if anything is damaged?

Please be sure to unpack and review your order. Our policy is you contact us within 48-hours of the delivery of your order for any missing or damaged items.
